"The Barista served me a cold pour over coffe , that was suppose to be hot . Never apologized or offered to fix it . One of the counter ladies that is very nice and professional offered to have them fix it. I had already waited 20 minutes for a drink that was supposed to be 10 mins I said no thank you. She attempt to refund my money put I paid with my rewards. So I am out of luck. This store is the worst Starbucks post COVID . I am a local so every several months I will give it a try .. It's a hit and miss . The staff is almost never pleasant very unprofessional. This time I will not be back ."

"The service at the Starbucks is excellent as usual. If you're not using the laptop you do not need to be sitting at a table that has a plug. If your gold member you should have the right to reserve a table if your regular user at the Starbucks. If you have noisy kids please take them outside this is like a library people are thinking and concentrating relaxing they don't need to hear screaming kids."
