"I stopped at the Starbucks on Margarita and Rancho Cal to read a book I had just gotten from the library. After ordering my drink I sat down at a chair by the front door, put my drink on the table and my purse on the floor. After reading a few chapters and finishing my drink I left to go home. Upon arriving home I realized that I didn't have my purse and started panicking. I called Starbucks and spoke with Wally who remembered me and had already put my purse safely in the back. This beautiful person saved me a lot of heartache by not having to replace everything. Thank you Wally for being aware of what is happening in your store."
