"Would be nice if they only stated that drive through is open after certain hours"
"I had ordered a peppermint mocha and the new drink lavender matcha and it did not taste like peppermint mocha or lavender matcha and it felt so warm, not cold. Oh yeah, i had asked for no wip on the mocha and ended up getting the mocha. The sand part I have a habit that when I am getting close to home I take a sip. I mean yeah I could have gone back but I did not have a receipt to prove it. I am so not going to this one anymore."
"Last I was there, I got coffee spilled on me in drive thru as I asked for a stopper and sleeve. They were out. Then I realized I hadn't had a napkin on previous visits. Even before then, I was wondering if they had a manager because mobile orders took too long. It's standing room only, no chairs."
"I would give no stars if I could. Save your money and go to the Starbucks down the street. There’s a Starbucks off van buren a short exit away, they’ll probably have horrible customer service as well BUT they at least know how to make the drinks correctly. The workers at this Starbucks just slap labels with names on any drinks they have to keep the line moving and then have the audacity to look at you crazy when you tell them the drink you’ve been getting for +4 is not what’s inside the cup they handed you. Drinks and service have gotten so bad the last couple of weeks, don’t bother stopping here."
"I love love love this specific Starbucks early morning crew. I dont know the chicks name who was at the window this morning but I love her. Her customer service is great and she is funny. Love you guys…. My oatmilk shaken espresso and vanilla cold brews are always great!"
