"I ordered 2 drinks with extra caramel drizzle. The girl said her mic cut out in the drive thru so please say it again.. I did. She cut me off an said OK just the 2 drinks got it! I roll up to window get 1 drink(with no drizzle... i let it slide) ... wait 5 mins they bring me the second drizzle drink without the drizzle... I asked for drizzle & they fillled the bubble lid with caramel. An I said can you make it look like a normal drink please... they came back with barely any drizzle on the cup. I ordered extra caramel drizzle. An the guy even was skeptical as he was handing it to me. I said it doesn't normally look that... an he didn't have anything to say so I pulled away. Lol great for a 6$ drink. Didn't even get what we wanted.... ntm my Caffe Frap tastes like I got 1 spoonful of coffee..."

"Worst Starbucks I’ve been to. I placed my order and when my name was called I proceeded to grab my 3 drinks and walked away. Mind you they were all placed together side by side. Shortly after I take a sip I’m told in a rude way- that’s not your drink. Oh sorry I guess you placing all 3 drinks together and calling my name means I still have to check the other non existent drinks that are not on the counter for you to realize you made a mistake and try to make it seem I was at fault. I never leave bad reviews but this experience was awful."

"I don't even want to give this store one star. Every single order is wrong. This is the closet to the house, which my husband goes to pick up my order. And everytime, they do not get my order right. I always hope since its a different time and day, they may get it right. I order the same one all the time. I always order extra caramel and everytime it's less and less caramel they put in it. And this time in my caramel ribbon crunch, there is not a single drop of caramel. If they were out, the right thing to do was let him know when he picked up my order. I spend alot of money every week on my delicious treat, I wish it would be made the right way."
