"Woah. This place was incredible, truly a hidden gem! At first, it looks odd, that a restaurant is attached to a gas station, but my whole group was surprised by the absolute cleanliness and quality from the get go. From the sidewalk to the kitchen, everything is absolutely spotless. The service was also fantastic: we were kindly greeted when we walked in, everybody was smiling and pleasant, and the food was delivered so fast. Now, the main highlight, the food was incredible! All of us were floored when we had it. Will be visiting again!"

"You would not expect this gem of a restaurant to be attached to a gas station just off the freeway. It was extremely clean and modern with great food and a welcoming atmosphere. Seriously, it was the best service that I've had in a long time at any kind of restaurant. The young ladies working inside were extremely nice and checked on me a half a dozen times to make sure that I was having a pleasant meal the entire time I was in there watching the end of an NFL game. The numerous TVs and a little bar inside were another surprise. All that, and a Drive-Thru as well. Pretty fantastic place to happen upon after stopping to get the car washed next door. I will definitely be back."

"Alvarados Mexican Grill - Wow! The food is absolutely delicious. Super fresh salsa bar and they just started a Happy Hour Menu too! Quite possibly the best Birria Tacos I have ever eaten! Please do not visit this place because I selfishly want to keep this hidden gem all to myself, lol You won’t be disappointed!"

"First time and last time here. The Al Pastor burrito was terrible. The meat was over done to a crisp. A thin layer of guacamole was smeared on top. When they handed me the burrito I knew it was not gonna be good just by the weight and size. For $15.09 I could of went to the taco stand across the street at night and got a real Mexican Al Pastor meat burrito. I was very disappointed on the food preparation. And I didn’t even get napkins for my greasy flavorless burrito"

"On a whim I popped into Alvarado’s after a quick search for breakfast burritos… The staff is incredibly friendly and the service is great. Prices are fair, you are paying for quality and it sure does not disappoint. Worth it! They have a salsa bar, I made sure to try them all. They were just the prefect extra touch for the burritos! The breakfast burritos were phenomenal. The perfect amount of filling. Meat was flavorful, ingredients you could tell were fresh. The tortilla was amazing, soft and fluffy. My stomach and I were very much happy. I will be back to try more of their items. The restaurant itself was very inviting. Clean, spacious, TVs and a bar! Can’t wait to go back. Gracias!!!"
