"if I can give zero starts, I would! such bad customer service. Denise, got my Venti White Chocolate Mocha w/ light caramel drizzle right after the 3rd time she had to remake! I asked for her name because of course she didn't have her name tag and the way she answered DENISE with the worse additude!!!"
"Cashier was great but Aaron the barista had a really bad attitude. He was rambling, talking bad about peoples orders and that they wanted it a specific way. When it came time to get my order I was missing ice cups and he told another barista to get them for me with a laugh. I guess he didn’t want to work today. I hardly get Starbucks but today I stoped by to get a drink because it’s 90 degrees out. His tone and energy was a bad experience."
"Literally just went there to order a hot drink because it's raining and the two employees tell me their machine is broken and only have cold drinks. My coworker had just came back from picking up hot drinks. They always tell me their machine is broken every time I go there. Very upset. Pregnant and had to drive in the rain to the other Starbucks near by."
