"What's there to say it's Starbucks I love it and you all love it I love the service although they really need to do something about the homeless man that ambushes the people in the drive thru but all and all I love it I go alot there in San pedro and you all should go to yeah you all love to yahoo Starbucks."

"Went to get a drink from here yesterday night around 5 pm almost six pm and overheard the manager I assume or someone who thinks they are yell at a man outside who you can tell isn’t mentally stable telling him he had to leave and that he had to hurry up. She goes inside the store which only had two people sitting together who didn’t seem to have been bothered by this man and I can tell the workers are All talking badly about this man outside I immediately felt empathy for this man considering he was doing nothing but doing whatever he was doing. The worse part is I bought him something to snack on and drink he chose after he finally accepted my offer and I asked him if she was being mean to him and he said no she’s cool I mean she told me I had to leave but she wasn’t really being mean to me. He apologized for the way he was acting which I didn’t find rude or offensive he was just doing whatever he was doing so thought that was polite and he told me thank you for thinking about him and that I made his night.. only saying the details to show he wasn’t someone who deserved that& him still respecting her& being polite says a lot especially for someone who’s not mentally stable and has any excuse to be as miserable as she was. I go inside and ask for my order politely because idk what’s the full story to be rude to her and she says oh you can get it there. And I go get it where it’s just laying on the counter and I tell her thank you have a nice night where she completely disregards what I said and ignores me to continue her conversation. I never leave reviews but I’m hoping her job humbles her because it makes them look worse having her work there then to have someone loitering outside.. completely disgusting"

"Today I decided to do a mobile order . Their doors were closed for idk what apparently reason usually it's open in the morning cause I'm daily customer . But today I wasn't having it. The girl that attended me was very rude and was very upset because we didn't stop in the screen where you order . It clearly said on the door to go thru drive. And so I gave her my name so got my drinks but forgot to give me an item. It's not first time I have deal with that same individual . If she don't like work at Starbucks idk why she's there. I have never experienced bad service . They need to get that girl attention. I didn't get her name cause she didn't have a name tag ."

"This Starbucks store was just opened in Carson. It is one block from my home. It is one of the biggest Starbucks in South Bay area. They have a big parking lot. They have a drive-thru service and they open early at 4:30 AM. When I walked inside the store, they have nice furniture. If you want to sit outside, they have a big patio area. They have tall comfortable patio chairs. I ordered a glass of strawberry Acai lemonade and a grilled sandwich. I met Justin who was a supervisor at Starbucks. He was an attentive and friendly person. I usually have lemonade which is squeezed from the lemon, but I never had strawberry acai lemonade before. It was made with fresh strawberries. The lemonade was refreshing& delightful. It was perfect for the hot summer weather. The grilled cheese sandwich was a mouthwatering and yummy tasty sandwich. This Starbucks is a great place to hang out with friends or family."

"Just wanted to thank one of the girls for letting me inside after the inside closed. I drive a big rig so I wasn't able to come thru drive thru. Also my frappe was made to perfection. 5 stars for customer service for me!"
