"I actually stopped here to use the restroom. Yet, they didn't have one. Compared to a typical Starbucks, this one doesn't have that great ambiance. It's not somewhere where you can sit and enjoy something to drink."
"This is the only Starbucks I’ve gone to that doesn’t allow customers to use the restroom. It also has a horrible atmosphere since there are no seating areas inside. And to add more fuel to the fire the employee who took my order wrote it down wrong she gave me a hot drink when I asked for ice. I understand we are human and make mistakes however I told the employees that I ordered iced and as customers kept coming in they kept giving them their drinks. I waited about 15 min for them to give me my drink and to top it off I had to tell a different employee bc the first one took the hot drink and just replaced the label to someone else’s online order and ignored my drink. I will NEVER come here again. If you want good service theirs a Starbucks off of Archibald in Ontario which is 1000 times better than here."
"This is the Starbucks where my SO and I met at many years ago! We came here again because we wanted a Starbucks and we were passing through the area at that time so we decided to swing by. This location has changed dramatically in all these years. It's at least 1/3 the size it used to be and is literally a drive-thru location only now whereas before you were able to lounge around and socialize if you went inside. Now, they want you to go in and get out."
"The manager helped me out with the birthday issue couldn't pick it up on the actual day but he was courteous to help me out I believe his name is Matt fantastic guy good service"
"Everyone is real nice but the drive thru takes too long specially in the morning.Then I went another day in the afternoon and I waited 20 minutes in the drive thru line . Not the workers fault they only had 3 workers.Then another morning I ordered the mango dragon fruit refresher and they did not tell me they didn’t have the inclusions for any of their cold drinks. What I got was color flavor water. Last time I’m trying this place."
