"The food quality was excellent . The restaurant is clean . The servers are friendly, attentive and receptive to a customers needs. I ordered the short rib chilaquiles and they were delicious .My son had the waffle with berries and he said it was scrumptious . I have been to many fine dining places and the food at this cafe was very upscale for a very decent price Everything tasted fresh and quality ingredients were used. The manager , the chef and the staff are one of the most friendliest group you will meet. I can’t wait to keep on going to try the rest of the food"

"I had the short rib chilaquiles and they were delicious. The green salsa was tangy with a little spice. The short ribs was super soft. Overall everything was great ."

"Ambiance: The inside is very cute, simple, and a few accents here and there. Lots of seating, without feeling right next to the next table. Service: Though it wasn't a lot of people inside, there was about a 20-minute wait to be seated. Once inside, our server was so sweet, fairly quick, and helpful. Food: I enjoyed my breakfast Burrito, very flavorful and filling, not a fan of eggs and asked that give me less, and provided the perfect amount. I wasn't a fan of mocha frap, too much ice, and not enough chocolate flavor. I was provided extra syrup on the side, and it was so much better. Friend ordered the meat lovers omelet, but thought the big chunks of meat were a little too much for her liking, would've liked a better balance."

"This place just opened July 2023 and is packed. The food are delicious. Chef came out with our food when it was served. We ordered a build your own omelette, chicken and waffle (with poached eggs) and short ribs chilaquiles. They are all good and does not disappoint. The only thing is, this place is so busy that the server almost pushed us out or rushed us but she apologized because there are a lot of reservations on Sunday. We totally understand since we spent more than an hour savoring our food. Server was very attentive and always asked us if we need anything. So if you have friends celebrating on a Sunday and want to mingle, this place is not good but good to hang out on regular days. We always go to Chino Cafe every week and wasn't rushed there. But food at Cattle Ranch is more upscale. So this place is like Take UR Seat where you will be rushed on Sundays due to more people and place has limited space."

"This morning was my second time visiting and no regrets. The ambience is welcoming, clean and classic with a lovely homage to the city they reside in. A beautiful mural depicting Chino’s farming roots sits at the far end of the cafe which happens to be right in the direction of where our farms would be. Something I love and appreciate because I love my town!! I recommend trying the caramel cappuccino because the it is so delightfully roasty. Ask for easy on sweetness, but if you enjoy something sweet you’re in for a treat. It wasn’t excessive I just like my coffee with just a touch of sweet. I enjoyed the pastry options today to pair with our coffees, from palmiers (yes) to scones and cinnamon rolls you can’t go wrong with that. My friend enjoyed her eggs Benedict and potatoes (which are not plain!) which come with a bit of herb seasoning, a slight twist from the classic fare which she really enjoyed. I had the steak chilaquiles w/ scrambled eggs which were really yummy. The steak is tender and flavorful and the plate is a good portion. If you’re a fan of smoked salmon, the smoked salmon bagel was also super tasty the first time I visited. I like the variety. They have their flavors down. Definitely recommend a try. I am very pleased with this cafe and have high hopes that patrons will recognize their charm and eye for flavor. (Maybe hoping for mimosas or bloody Mary’s in the future but regardless I’m very happy this place has opened up :) looking forward to future visits.)"
