"A very comfortable spot! I order the Lavender Swirl often and find myself incredibly fond of the flavour, and I keep coming back. The place is very comfy to chill by yourself or with friends. There's regular tables, high seat tables, and a couch. The staff's service is fine. Very casual. I wish they were more friendly rather than "I'm just here to make your order and go" vibes. It doesn't really encourage tips from me. This is a minor complaint, but I'm not sure if there was a change in the boba or drinks? Previously I've drank my milk tea with no issues, savoring the taste each sip, but lately I've been feeling nauseous after drinking my drink the last two times I came. To the point where I had to rush home cause I felt so sick. I want to keep visiting, but I'm worried about getting sick again."

"Stopped by while driving through; this is one of the best boba places I’ve been to, and that’s saying a lot. Ordered 50% sweetness and it was the perfect level, I could also actually taste the tea compared to other boba places I’ve gotten the same drink at. Quick service and good drinks, sure they’re a little pricey but their cups are also 24 oz whereas other shops are 18 oz for almost the same price, its worth your money. Would go to again if I’m ever in the area"

"I came here because the images of the drinks looked good. When I arrived, I saw a kiosk and a long line. I am glad because I can bypass the long line and order ahead of everyone. I am sitting there for 20 mins, seeing people who I ordered ahead of getting their drinks before I am. I ask the barista if her kiosk was working. She looks at my order and looks at the cups at the end of the line of drinks she's preparing and, very rudely, tells me she is the only one making drinks. Now I understand that it's probably really busy for them. But I figured, like all business with kiosks, if you use it you are bypassing the line and should receive your order before the people who came after you. I asked for my money back and will not be returning to this place. Shame the drinks look really good as well. Also the place was really hot. An AC will help the staff keep a happy, positive attitude."

"I came here because krak boba was closed because of some cuckoo guy stand off outside of the shopping center on 17th, I was so disappointed with the drink I got, I ordered Taro smoothie and it was flavorless, what a bummer, I won't be coming ever again, too expensive for what I got: a crushed flavorless ice cup... smh"

"Good but way too sweet. Ordering process felt strange and rushed. Ended up getting the Oiio house milk tea and it was fine. Nothing special. But yea, sweet like a milkshake."
