"This place is one of the best cafes in the area - a must visit. They brew a pretty good coffee and their chai - though from pre-made mix - is actually good as well. Their ice-cream and pastries have all been hits. I suggest the chocolate danish highly. The pistachio-rose cake is a must try. The cookies can be a bit too sweet. The atmosphere is excellent and the owners who also run the store are super sweet and happy to chat with you about all their items. I highly recommend this shop - both to dine in and to take away."

"A MUST when visiting the Plaza! It's a hidden gem in the alleyway of the plaza, on the side of the church/theater. It's been my favorite place to visit whenever I crave freshly baked sweets, and I've been doing my best to recommend it to others. My friends, my family, etc! The owner is incredibly sweet. An absolute darling! She will greet you with a smile and is willing to help make sure your trip to her cafe goes smoothly as possible. Although small, the area is decorated to look very comfy, like visiting your grandma's dining room while she fondly prepares you something to drink or eat. There are several tables to sit down, and you can do something on the side while enjoying your meal. And the things she makes are genuinely the best sweets I've ever had. Her chocolate cake slice melts into your mouth perfectly, her cookies and cream milkshake has a unique taste that makes you enjoy every sip, etc. If you order coffee or hot chocolate, you'll be greeted with an adorable heart on the foam. While I haven't tried the coffee, my mother says it's the best coffee she's ever had. I even ordered a custom cake for my mother's birthday. It was the most beautiful chocolate cake she has ever seen, decorated with raspberries on the top with a flower attached to it. The chocolate was soft and milky, melting into this...beautiful harmony inside your mouth. Despite eating cake in several places, this by far was the best cake we ever had. Please, please visit this place! I can't sing its praises enough! You won't regret it at all!"

"This is a French pastry cafe, like how it is in France. I was passing by to get some barbecue and thought I’d get some French pastries for dessert. The woman that was assisting me I believe was the owner. She was describing what all the different type of pastries were and specifically said that they were all “French style”. I bought the pain Suisse because she said that it had chocolate chips and custard, which I am a fan of both, and I also bought an apple pie with a lattice style crust. The apple pie was perfect and had a wonderful homemade taste, didn’t take too long for us to finish it. The Pain Suisse was good, but not what I was expecting, it was definitely French style. The custard was barely noticeable and there was just a few chocolate chips. It wasn’t bad it just wasn’t what I was expecting because it was French not American. I had an expectation of it being more like an eclair with a lot of custard running down the middle and it isn’t like that. It is more of a solid sweet bread with a couple of tiny dollops of custard baked into it. The cafe was very clean and I liked how it was decorated. The owner was very nice and open to answer any and all questions that I had. I would definitely go back and try other things like the rose water pistachio cake and coffee."
