"Ordered on the app and when coming to pick up I was told to wait on the curb after the pickup window. Got some chicken sandwiches for the kids and quality was garbage. Not a care in the world making these sandwiches."
"I stopped by this location because it's close to the friend's house I was visiting. Genesis, the staff person that took my order was very patient taking my order. I had about 7 items and about each one had special requests. My issue was with the manager in charge his attitude when handing my order. It's an independently owned store. But the food was up to McDonald's quality."
"This McDonald’s has terrible customer service. They lock and unlock the doors whenever they please. They have the nerve to get mad with you when you her in the drive-thru to pick up a mobile order. I’ve never been to a McDonald’s where you have to pick the mobile order inside only. The whole purpose is the convenience of not having to get out. The only reason I gave them a 3 is because the fries are usually fresh."
"Extra slow service,no one attends the counter,u gotta wave them down n still ignore you...I asked for light sauce on my big Mac,n it seemed like extra sauce which oozed out...place can be a bit cleaner"
"The manager always act like she doesn't know what's going on. But always rude. They locked the doors.. On me, it's some kids earlier. ... Had the kids lined up like we was back in slavery days.. I'm shameful of how these women acted today. I wish I knew all the kid's parents...."
