Pizza Hut

"I have ordered from this store for delivery three times. I ordered the pepperoni pizza melt, cinnamon sticks and a 20 oz. Pepsi. Each time the delivery was brought my soda was never delivered. I called the store each time and all I received was attitude and saying that they could only do store credit which I didn’t want. The manger gave me attitude and blamed it on the DoorDasher for not picking up my soda when picking up my order but then said that when the Dashers picks up the order they hand them the order. When I called yesterday about the same problem I kept getting put on hold. When I told them that this was the 3rd time this happened their response was “Oh well maybe my people aren’t checking the tickets like they are suppose to and I’ll have to make sure that they are checking the tickets when orders are being picked up”. Their costumer service is horrible and I will no longer be ordering from this store ever again!!!"

"I'm not really a piece of eater but they're okay they could do better still I still don't like that way sometimes some days is to know who's working so I'm going to work is okay someone just have your bad attitude and when they're doing something wrong they don't want to take their fault for it especially when they burn your pizza and you get home and find out your pizza is burnt they don't want to recommend you another pizza that's not cool for me and they had children in there before that should not be in the back when people is working. I believe that's a safety hazard."

"This Pizza Hut is good. Their pizza is delicious and well made. They have nice customer service. Fast and efficient service. Highly recommend this location."

"Customer service here is at the bottom of the priority list. There could be three people working but only one person taking orders. They took my order and still managed to mess my order up by not giving me an item that I paid for now I’m spending an additional 5 minutes waiting. Also when they took my order they asked for my PIN number for my card in a place filled with people. They charge for sauces at this location that they don’t charge at other locations. You have to ask for napkins and it just seems like they’re rushing you instead of rushing the work they need to do to get people in and out. It’s horrible but this is the treatment we get in Compton."

"NO BODY can bad talk my folks at this pizza hut! I love all of them, and the pizza is GOOD, always! They get the pizza making folks that actually EAT the pizza!! The only tiny thing is that they close a bit earlier than most pizza places, but given that they stay open the latest out of basically everything in this area, THEY STILL rock!!!"
