"I was in the area for only a moment and was in desperate need of a matcha. I looked up a Starbucks and there it was glowing from the corner of my eye! The drink was perfectly made as well as the tasty cake pop. The environment was decent and clean. If I ever had to, I’d definitely return."

"This poor review is for 2 employees in this branch; Danielle and a tall guy (you know who you are) who rudely said "I can't spend 10 minutes making your drink; I have other drinks to make" after saying he knows how to make my drink but Actually did not. As for Danielle, when I tried to order my drink but requested for David to make it as he is the only one who knows how in this Starbucks, she arrogantly refused saying "everyone here knows how to make your drink; I can't let David make it for you". When I showed her the picture of the foam that I want, she said "everyone knows how to make it." If everyone knows how to make microfoam, how come David has had to remake the mistakes of other employees 4 times before? Plus, the manager of this branch has had all the outlets replaced with covers; is she/he trying to save money on the electricity? Or, does he/she not welcome students and businessmen and women who need to do some computer work while in the area? Or tourists who need to charge their cellphones?"
"Large roomy store, service is good. The bad? No outlets, overly loud music makes studying difficult. Single person bathrooms is both a plus for privacy but a negative for wait times"
"No electrical outlets for laptops or phone charging. :-( What happened to the “THIRD PLACE” philosophy? Main reason I choose Starbucks over other coffee chains. Consistency of offer. Large footprint store. Limited food options. Lots of seating and space. Just make sure you have a-lot of battery to connect with family, friends and work. Won’t be coming here again. All power outlets are covered up. It’s like Starbucks saying “happy to take your money. Just don’t hang around”. OK then I won’t be back. Blue Bottle has better coffee anyway."
