"Worst place ever, and they we're not even open. It was like 10 am So I was in the parking lot of the large plaza Using my Ford escape like a jeep. On the 5 inch tree planters that are perfect. I recently got new struts, shocks and what not . So I wanted to see how well they worked. I admit I might have gotten carried away once or twice , but 95% of what I was doing at the time was just checking my car. And I see a skinny balding old guy recording me. So I drive slowly up to him and ask"hi are you recording me for yourself or for the police, id really like to know" Then I asked in Spanish , and at that moment is when I started to feel uncomfortable. So I asked again and he freaked out and went inside. it was the creepiest thing, like he was there completely, but failed to answer my question or make any response to me as a person. Like when I looked in his eyes there was some sort of feeling of grandiosity in his eyes about him self. And I do not feel comfortable at this moment knowing that man has a video of me. So I called the police and they told me to let it go. But for some reason that man and that lady who was in charge give me a bad feeling."

"Fun place to book a birthday party. The kids had fun. The only reason why I give it a 4 star is because they didn’t let me have my Costco veggie and fruit trays out for my party guest who prefer a healthier option. The manager was kind enough to offer to places my trays in the fridge while we were done having fun. (They ended up buying all you can eat salad bar, which it kinda worked out) First time booking a party here. I would highly recommend it."

"Delicious food, the games were working well. I like the option of the wristband for the playtime. The only thing is that I remember Chuck E. used to walk around every hour dance, and take photos with the kids, we were there more than an hour and Chuck E only showed up for the birthday party."

"Let's begin with the security feature. You know the one where there's someone to greet you when and give you and your child matching hand stamps - didn't happen. They were not busy. Well wait, the staff was busy talking to each other. When we finally caught they're attention, they told us to come in. No one stamped anything. I ordered Wings/Pizza and the Salad Bar. Food was horribly OVERPRICED and severely UNDERWHELMING. They should be ashamed of themselves. I've taken my children (now grown) when they were younger. Now, everything is automated, more than half the of the games don't work, you can't get staff to help you as they're way too busy talking and laughing amongst themselves to assist the patrons. NEVER EVER order any food from this place. The wings were so small that they look like Sparrow's wings. Tasteless and overpriced just like the pizza."
