"Have ordered online for pickup from Brooklnz Pizza for pickup for a few years and always Love the Pizza. Ask for the same Pie every time and they do it perfectly. However, this time ordered online and because of geo-locating everything was a mess. The order was sent to this location (apparently a closer store) and not the one we prefer and know. Both are on Artesia Blvd, so didn't even notice the different address. Went to pickup the Pizza at the usual store and they said no order here, so they called the new location, yes it was there, repeated the order and somehow one item I very much dislike and never would have ordered was added. When ordering on your cell be careful, can click on an item while scrolling through the items without realizing. Two things with this, first if it had of gone to the usual location they'd have noticed as your order history comes up and they'd of asked. Secondly, more important, after the store knowing of the fiasco and now driving over from the other location, knowing the extra item was not liked and a mistake, they didn't care and gave the same pizza that was wrong and had been sitting for quite a while. Sure was a mistake and I ordered the extra item, but as far as customer service and knowing it's a first time at this location, bad move. This wasn't the only issue, the pizza was under cooked, where the crust was still dough color and soggy, amount of toppings was very little compared to the other store, overall a very poor experience. Would certainly not recommend this location. Be careful when ordering via the app!!"

"Was so excited to see the coming soon sign since I was staying nearby and then happened to eat at the Korean spot next door and saw they were open so was hoping to grab a slice for lunch on Sunday but alas the sign says it’s closed, when the hours are open on the Google listing."
