"This place is the best from head to toe! From the cleanliness, the most friendly staff and owners to the out of this world food and wine!! The Amethystos Greek wine is some of the best I've ever had, and we get it by the bottle every time we are addicted! The lamb chops are the best I've ever had anywhere, very tender, juicy, and flavorful! Don't miss out on this gem on 2nd street!! They are dog friendly too on their outdoor patio!"
"Family reunion. More showed up. Staff gladly arranged tables and made us welcome. Food was so appetizing, as usual. When an unexpected birthday cake was brought by one of us, George's staff graciously supplied plates at no cost. Our group felt very comfortable visiting during the meal, of course, but also a generous amount of time after. Convenient arrangement at the end to make it easy to share the bill among us. Why would you go anywhere else for a special event in a casual mode and a welcome ambiance? Can't beat George's, downtown!"

"As soon as we walked in to the restaurant we were greeted by Fabio who took great care of us. He was very friendly and quickly to make suggestions. We took his suggestions and enjoyed the sizzling cheese cooked in rum and greek olives, and the tender lamb chops with a side of garlic feta fries and salad. We completed our dinner with the most delicious freshly baked baklava. It was sweet and delicious, with a wonderful honey syrup, but not extremely sweet."
"Delicious Greek food, very friendly staff and great outdoor seating area set up to expand eating area. We discovered this restaurant a year ago and made a point to return on this trip. Our waiter made excellent suggestions, we tried them and were not disappointed! Can't wait until we get to return again. Try the lamb. It's extremely flavorful and ridiculously tender. Save room for dessert! The custard and baklava are delicious!"
