"HORRIBLE customer service. Walked in and there was no line. Just a couple waiting on their items. I wasn’t greeted but the 3 employees saw me and ignored me. Not even a “Ahorita la atiendo/i’ll be right with you”. So I stood in line in front of the register for about 10 minutes waiting for someone to take my order. Nada. Decided to leave because i’m not there for free food. I’d rather make the long line at la michoacana where customer service never fails. There’s absolutely nothing special about their food items/drinks. I came here because I live around the corner but i’d rather make the drive across town to La Michoacana or for bomb esquites at Las Palmas. The 5 star reviews mentioning great service are probably their own family members. To the owner: WORK ON YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE!"
"This business should be more considerate. Not only the cashier has a smug attitude at times but their hours of operation are different from their info online. I drove 30 minutes to this place only to find out it was closed and I made it minutes after the handwritten posted sign on the door and they stood there ignoring me. I guess they don’t care enough."
