"The place is clean, that's why I gave the atmosphere five stars. The customer service was five stars as well. However, the food has gone down in quality. The croutons look as if they got it out of a bag from the store they are no longer the cut bread that they make. And also the gruyere cheese is no longer there. Instead, they just gave me mozzarella cheese, and believe me, I know the difference. The taste was just not there"

"My wife and I had breakfast for the first time at Panera, we ordered 2 Chipotle Chicken Scrambled Egg & Avocado on Ciabatta (no cilantro) and 2 dark roast coffees and they didn’t disappoint. It was kind of empty at around 8:30 am (it was cold and rainy) and our food came out fast. The machine I was using to make our order had some issues reading my card but a staff member quickly assisted me. This location was very clean and staff is friendly."
