"I would give a 0 if I could. This is a brand new facility and you still can't get the care you need. We've been here for 2 hours and the doctor has not been in our room. He keeps walking past with his hands in his pockets, and he'll go to 1 patient until they're gone, then he moves to another one. At this rate, we'll be here until tomorrow. Lauderdale County needs to do better!!! I am extremely frustrated at this point. I should have gone to another ER."

"My mom went to the hospital a they lost or broke her denture a they are saying she did not have any. Or the ambulance lost. I have video prof that she had them when she left her home. Not to long ago they lost her eye glasses. Neither the ambulance or the hospital are very good to as my opinion"

"New hospital SUCKS. Took our son in for IV fluids per his pediatrician request. On call ER doctor refuses my son treatment. Stated he would just transfer him to Memphis. Refused to evaluate or treat at the hospital. Before y'all moved to the new hospital we never had this issue. I will never be back to this god forsaken place. To refuse services in an ER is beyond me."

"My mother went to the ER today after not being able to eat and sleep well. Dr. Charles Fatseas who was the DO for the ER was her attending physician ( i use physician loosely )on 12/7/23. This horrible excuse for a physician was dismissive, disrespectful, misinformed, and frankly racist towards my mother and her condition. He told her that it was perfectly fine for her to be drinking Dr. Pepper although she's a recovering stroke patient. No Real doctor would ever tell a recovering stroke patient to drink all the sugary drinks she wanted along with saying " I can't make her eat, let her do what she wants." He gave her the same medication she had at home then immediately discharged her without taking blood or doing any other tests. If you value your family's well-being take them to any other hospital besides Lauderdale Community Hospital! The doctors don't care about people especially people of color. Even her primary vare Dr knew shevwas there and never cane to see her because he has no clue what she is doing either. This place is not helpful to the community at all. I wish I could give negative stars 1 start is too good for them."

"I went there today with a Doctor's referral infor an X-ray on my hand. I fell yesterday but didn't realize till later that I had injured my hand, was swollen, some pain, and unable to move it in every direction. But was turned away because they don't accept Bluecross Plus. (The Insurance, that we are now required to have) I wasn't aware that a hospital would turn down a patient with possibly a broken or cracked bone in their hand. But I am here to tell you they did and will! I just hoping for good health for all Ripley Residents. BE SAFE Everyone. I did give them one star, because it is a very nice building but what a waste."
