"Very bad at communication and very hateful at times. They made my life insurance lapse, because they would not respond back to me about what I owed and kept saying I did not complete my "life portrait" after sending multiple emails of proof that I did complete it. They, also, will not renew my insurance next month due to another family member paying my insurance, which should not matter just as long as it is paid for . Was not even going to let me know about this until I called and they FINALLY decided last minute to let me know. I wouldn't give my business to them again anyways. Good luck to whoever uses them."
