"As a regular here, I can confidently say anybody who has something to say about “attitude” from workers here needs to check their OWN attitude at the door. Everybody who works here is nice and helpful and they do their best at a very busy starbucks location to make people’s mornings. I think I’ve only received one wrong drink in my 1.5 years coming here (almost 4x per week), and they’re really cool and fast about making things right for free… don’t let cranky reviewers project their misery onto this starbucks because it really doesn’t deserve that."

"This Starbucks sucks , I usually try to look past the bad attitude but it’s too much as soon as you come in. Please tell your employees that they can stop texting for half a second while taking orders “CYN” as her name tag states is always looking down at her phone and I will have to repeat myself in order for her to get the order right . ?!?!? Hello work on your customer service!"

"Terrible Starbucks. I never experienced a Starbucks with customer service this bad. I have complained about barista Roxy at least 5 times she is extremely rude and unprofessional. They will not call your name out when your drink is finished so please make sure you're attentive or you will be standing around waiting for nothing. They will not greet you upon walking in the store or at the register. Roxy will stare at you and wait for you to start your order without asking "how can I help you" or any type of greeting. On top of the terrible customer service they mess up drinks constantly. This Starbucks is below my office so that is the only reason why I continue to return is for the convenience. Pablo is the only nice employee I encountered here."

"This is a complicated Starbucks - they aren’t really a Starbucks just have the lipstick of a Starbucks! I couldn’t use my visa in my Starbucks wallet, and they don’t take mobile orders - I don’t know, I think Starbucks corporate needs to streamline all their brand - it’s probably the hq fault! "Starbucks located on the property of the Residence Inn, also next to Jersey Mike’s. A smaller Starbucks but has all the essentials; baristas, a variety of food behind the counter, about a dozen seats and a handful of tables to sit at, a few electrical outlets and if you’re lucky a free “reserved parking spot” for patrons. It was the perfect spot to enjoy my americano and spinach feta wrap while I wait to pick up a friend at LAX. Did I mention it’s clean (most Starbucks are) and the service is quick. All pluses in my book."
