"Today, I go in and order a regular size cold brew with a shot of espresso. First, she put the cream, then the cold brew, but instead of a fresh shot of espresso, she fills the cup from a pitcher on the counter, which was probably ice coffee. It tastes really bitter and nothing like the one I got from the starbucks on palms and national. I didn't say anything because last time it happened, the girl said it was espresso pre-made. On top of that, I had to wait so long the guy asked me if I was waiting for a drink."

"1 - Zero welcome. The worker just stared at me. However, I said "Hi" to her. 2 - The worker unwrapped our purchased cheese sandwich with bare hands in order to heat it, after using the register. 3 - Another worker told us to stand away from the counter - we couldn't see the sandwich prepared. Unacceptable lack of standards. I communicated with the Starbucks company and they were no help. I provided the number of the store, date and order number from my credit card charge. They said that without a photo of the receipt they would do nothing. Unacceptable."
"I come to this location every morning for a week. its a nice quiet place with lots of seating to get caught up on work. The staff here is pleasant and the coffee is good. I found the place up the road has a coffee that tastes burnt. This place is good. free wifi and no one bothers you while you sit and get some work done. They also have a nice fenced in area outside, if the weather is nice."
