Starbucks

"Yup! Almost got bit by a pitbull dog here because the owner of the dog thought it was cute to bring her viscious dog into the store!!! People please stop. These dogs are not service animals and have no business around strangers, ESPECIALLY if you cannot restrain them. I was standing behind her in line at a good distance. She walked up to the cashier to order, I then slowly moved up. The dog goes into the "attack" position and lunges at me. She tries to pull the dog back with very little authority, with him almost pulling her over.. I then asked her if she had control of the dog. She did not reply. I was pissed to say the least. I assumed the girl was out for a walk and had to bring the dog in,, but she left in a vehicle which pissed me off even more.. ot was a nice cool day,, sprinkling outdoors. I am a dog person, I like dogs, but I don't want to be attacked at Starbucks. Keep your "non service animals" who are not trained to be service animals out of stores. You only minimize the struggle true service animal owners have to go through"

"I know workers Judge me as soon as I walked in da door..get my coffee wow does it gross and taste like it been sitting for 2 hours on the heater...I don't why I keep coming to a Starbucks"

"Came in on a Sunday afternoon. Clean and quiet zone for sure. Oh yeah! + Clean restrooms! Great job taking care of your store guys. Update- my latest visit Sept 17, 2023 Terrible experience. Tonya was an awful employee. See my photos. I ordered a Venti drink. I asked her to let me use the restroom because I was coming from a 2 Hour Drive. Tonya declined and was rude and also made my drink wrong. I asked her one second time and disclosed to her that I was handicapped and she did not care. I made her aware that I am a high-level Google Guide as well, asked her to please think about letting me use the restroom because I will talk about this visit on Google maps, and here I am. Shame on this young unhappy female. No joy or pride being part of Starbucks. I had given this store five stars the first time I reviewed. Because of Tonya’s behavior and bat service I have taken away 3 stars now."

"I stopped by this Starbucks for a coffee early in the morning before hitting the freeway. Parking is good with shared lot parking. The employees are attentive and detailed. The store was clean. The only issue is that the bathroom is closed to the public, I’m assuming due to misuse by people looking to use drugs. It would be nice to be able to use the bathroom like in other Starbucks. I would stop here again for a quick coffee and bite to eat."
