"Imani and staff at the blue bottle in Playa are awesome, and the same is true for the Santa Monica location. I'm a huge fan of the customer service at these locations, but this place has the most pretentious batistas. Selena is rude and lacks customer service. The Asian girl here, the one that works on Saturday, the same thing. Blue Bottle, please address this issue."

"Best coffee I’ve had in LA! Travelling from Sydney and I haven’t had one decent coffee until I have come to this cafe today! They don’t have soy option for milk alternatives but the oats milk coffee was good. I also tried the black cardamom latte and it was nothing I have ever tried before and was so delicious with the spices while the coffee was still strong. Banana bread was also delicious. My partner is a coffee snob and he also enjoyed the coffee here."

"Best coffee in Abbot Kinney. The store is a bit tight inside with all seating out front. Not much in the way of merchandise and a small selection of pastries. Coffee is always on point. Parking is street only and Abbot Kinney can often take time. Use the larger pay lots just off Abbot Kinney. Recommend."
