Paul was prompted, professional and fixed my washer and his charges were very reasonable. Today my LG refrigerator popped and stopped working while I was cleaning behind the fridge. He requested for me to text him to confirm that someone would be at my home at the time we had agreed upon, which I promptly did after we hung up. The day of, Paul didn’t show up, and did not answer my calls or my mother in laws calls ( she was at my home waiting for him for 3 hours) extremely unprofessional, would not recommend."
