"I usually luv this one, however, this last time I was very disappointed. My order was wrong & fries were not hot & fresh. I'm not picky but since I was getting off my car I figured I would let them know. They called a supervisor (female) she told the new employee what to do. She thru away my fries & made a fresh batch. To my surprise I was not given a small fries then. It wasn't until her 3RD BATCH OF FRIES that she decided to give me mine with a smirk on her face. I smiled, thanked her & told her I would be calling her supervisor. I forgot so I figured I would mention it here. The night & late night crew are AWESOME! It seems silly for a mature woman to be so passive aggressive over that! Oh & I know for sure she was making me wait on purpose. There was a fresh small fries from that 1st batch just sitting there..."
"Placed an online order. Went to pick it up. Employees closed off the drive thru and I was unable to pick up my order I already paid for. An employee even left the store to make sure the blocking of the drive thru was still up there was at least 5 employees and they were not serving nor answering the phones"

"I was nearly attacked by a drug addict outside a place last night but having the calm demeanor I do I was able to diffuse it. The reason I am giving this place one star is because one of the employees from inside came out to give food to a person in a car. This man literally just stared at what was happening and then walked back inside and locked the door. What makes it worse is that this man was wearing a different polo shirt to the other employees so he must’ve been a supervisor. Check the tapes, it happened. Will be making a formal complaint to McDonald’s and might pursue legal action but for now a simple review will suffice. Also the large fries were fine as always and the premium hot chocolate is not so premium."
