They have secret sauce. I dipped my crispy chicken tacos in a glorious blend of teriyaki and sriracha, and let me tell you, it was an explosion of flavor in every bite. Crunchy tacos met the juicy chicken, perfectly coated in the sweet and spicy dance of the sauces. My taste buds were doing a happy jig! Beyond the Sauces: Burgers are juicy and satisfying, the fries are crispy and golden, and the breakfast menu is a cheesy, eggy dream. I indulged in a late-night bacon cheeseburger, and the melty cheese, crisp bacon, and perfectly seasoned patty did not disappoint. It was a classic done right, and the perfect post-movie fuel. "I GOT FOOD POISONING!! Who ever is in charge of the food!!!! Or the restaurant needs to check the quality of the product I spent 2 days at home vomiting after eating half of the number 10 meal the chicken sandwich was both either undercooked or spoiled. Had a raunchy smell…. The order was made on 10/8/2023 at 10:49:17 pm I went back and spoke to Jenna and she happily gave me a refund and made the situation better."

"The staff here is awesome. I oftentimes roll through on my bike late at night and they don’t bat an eye and give me the same respect and care they do for others. McDonalds doesn’t come anywhere near their level of customer care. For one. JACK IN THE BOX ANSWERS THEIR PHONE! They don’t make you feel like a burden and don’t just decide out of nowhere to close shop and deny service to people IN THE DRIVE THRU! JITB rocks. Whack Arnold’s is the WORST. I hope that stupid store goes out of business."

"Ordered 45 Dollars worth of food. We got called to the counter 4 differnt times to get our food. Here's your hamburger and your poppers then 2 more items. They had tacos setting already made and gave us 2 of them. They were cold. They had the same tacos setting there for over 30 minutes until someone ordered tacos through the drive through. This Jack in the Box is a mess. We are not going back. Hope we dont get sick. I had her make me fresh tacos while the rest of my food got even colder. They were soggy . Idk I love Jack. Guess we drive to Bakersfield next time."
