"I used to love this Burger King, but sometime in the last year the service and speed declined severely. There's generally one poor employee apparently running the whole restaurant during rush hours. I placed a mobile order and still waited at the speaker for about 5-10 minutes. That was after waiting 30 minutes for the TWO cars in front of me to be allowed to place their order. This has been the case the last several times I've gone. Also, whenever the manager is on the drive thru she is incredibly rude. I will not be going back to this location despite enjoying the food. Management needs a reality check that having one person take drive thru orders, take lobby orders, and have to bag the food and make the drinks is not feasible during rush hours. It's supposed to be fast food. If I wanted to wait 30-45 minutes for a burger I'd go sit down at a restaurant. Very disappointed."
"This Burger King in TAFT is very disappointing. No COFFEE, NO ICE CREAM, NO MILK SHAKES. THE STAFF WAS VERY RUDE. NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN."
"In a hurry and stopped here for a quick bite. Drive through was fast and the food was fresh. Chicken fry meal was hot and fries seemed to come right out of the fryer. Got me back on the road in no time"
"I’m in Taft California and there are not a lot of options of places to eat at. I stopped in at the Burger King and ordered the whopper combo. It was OK. It wasn’t great but it wasn’t bad either. The food was fresh. The combo cost nine bucks. They’re pretty proud of their combo because it certainly wasn’t worth nine bucks."
