"Walked in at 915pm asked for a iteam on the menu. I was told only pepperoni pizza orders are being taken at the time since they closes soon. I asked what tike they close I was informed. They closes at 10pm So 45mins before your closes and I can't oder something from your regular menu? I tend to stay away from little Cesars and everytime I come back I'm reminded why I do. 10/29/23 9:19pm"
"I ordered 3 days in advance for pick up at 1:30pm. I got here at 2pm so it’s enough time for them, in case they are running late with orders! I get here and nothing is ready. Pizzas, wings nor crazy bread. This is my 3rd time going through this with this location!!! Employees were beyond rude clueless of my order . I had to bring up my receipt. Manager attempted to be helpful he just upset me more. Don’t waste your time with this locate! Don’t bother placing an order in advance it means nothing !!"
"I order this pizza for my family and I picked it up from terminal at store when I got home which is 10 min away got home my pizza was burnt beyond recognition and when I got home it was cold !!!!! Theirs no way my pizza should of been cold . When I called store man that answer phone was nice but the store manager dint care about issue he just kept saying the machines are fine theirs no problems it’s not their issue. He said come back to store and I will show you that machines are working fine . I don’t have time or gas money to go back and forth. What happen to good old fashion customer service"
