"I ordered 1 large pizza and 1.5 hrs later I decided to call cuz I never recieved it. When I called a young lady answered very nice confirmed my order, but said that I canceled it. Now I'm in customer service and I understand be nice and courteous. As soon as the guy started taking my order in the morning of 01.07.2024 the guy seemed as If not all there. Very slow and hard to understand. I did have him repeat my order and he read it back. How my order was cancelled without me physically calling back makes me believe the error was done at the store. But not once did the lady offer me anything except an apology... which I took. My first time ordering from this place and last."
