"We were at Carpinteria for almost a week from NYC and came across this really cute restaurant where we had breakfast. We ordered corned beef with potatoes hash and biscuits & gravy with chorizo. I have to say, this was one of the best tasting breakfasts we had in a long while. When the biscuits & gravy showed up, I thought that there is no way I'll be able to finish it. However, somehow they've managed to make them so light we both were able to finish everything and felt really good after. Service was very efficient and food came out quick. Definitely a great place, highly recommend!"

"This is a very cute place and we will go back. My husband ordered the Steak, Eggs, and gluten free English Muffins. The steak was ok. I got the spinach omelette and it was chocked full of spinach. I like my hash browns crispier than these were but I'm sure others love them. The service is excellent and they have several gluten free options. Next time, I want to try the jalapeno bacon."
"We stopped for a quick lunch and had the grilled chicken sandwich with fries. We sat inside as there was no space on the patio but that wasn’t an issue for us. The sandwich was good and we received a very warm welcome. A friendly local cafe that we would visit again."
"The food is really good. We had the biscuits and gravy and cornbread beef hash (the corn beef was superb). I also tried the cinnamon roll special, and it was pretty tasty."
