"I ordered a Pizza and waited for 20 minutes. Then I noticed a bunch of people who ordered after me getting their food. So I approached the Pick Up counter only to find out that they never got my Order Ticket. Then at the same time, my wife starts texting me that our plane is boarding. So I had to wait an additional 10 minutes for them to make my order and then I had to run back to the Gate to make my flight. Seeing that this business only has 1 Star Reviews, I hope that somebody from Management sees this so that they know that they are the Captain of a sinking ship."
"A very mediocre pizza place at the airport. A medium size 18-20 dollars. Today they ran out of pizza boxes so I couldn't take it to the gate and OnBoard the flight. Seriously..."
"Placed my order when no one was there, a few minutes later other customers arrived and somehow they got their food before me. Cashier was not caring and overall service was bad. The staff cutting the pizza might as well not have cut the pizza at all since I had to use a plastic knife to cut it myself. Only reason I purchased food was because nothing else was open or available."
