"Bryan the cashier was super helpful and gave great customer service. I even asked him if he knew where I could get my nails done at the mall and he was able to give me great directions. Overall great experience today."
"Old Navy is great for comfortable lounge wear and active wear. However this store is messy and disorganized with clothing thrown about in piles. I had to dig through a pile of clothing looking for an item and even then, the store did not have my size in stock. There are loads of clothing in two sizes and nearly nothing in all the other sizes. Old Navy also recently upped their prices and it is very noticeable at this store as they have simply slapped a printed price tag over their existing one, sometimes not even covering their old price. I'd recommend just shopping online if you can so you can actually use the online deals because not all are accepted in-store."
"Never can go wrong with old navy always my place to go to of im looking for something either for my self,husband, or kids. And especially the clearance section great options all the time and always have in sizes i need"
"If I could give 0 stars I would! The girl on the phone would not verify what items I would be picking up because half the order was canceled. She said she was too busy to check my order. I work in retail as a manager and this is extremely unprofessional customer service. I ended up calling corporate to cancel my order. I will not be shopping at the Salinas location ever again. The manager needs to retrain the staff to handle customers on the phone in a more professional manner."
"Cashier 3049040 was very helpful & quick. The Northridge mall Old Navy was clean and organized. I know it gets messy at times because of shoppers looking at the items & not putting them back nicely. However, thank you to the workers there, they do a wonderful job."
