"The store is very dirty the floor is very dirty it’s hard to relax and shop in dirty places. The employees look mad all the time they don’t say hi or how are you doing or if we need help they are always chit chatting especially the manager. The line is so long down to the bathroom and only one cashier. I feel bad for the cashier all by herself while manager just laughing chit chatting in the corner while the customers are waiting spider webs all over the tv screen it’s not Halloween they need a duster"

"They need self check out for returns and purchases. To buy one thing or return one thing it’s 30-40 minute wait while they only have one cashier working unreal. They have 9 registers only one cashier working might as well replace those registers as self check out if no one is going to work on them. The store is very messy floors are sticky dirty. Bathrooms have a bad order need a new update and towels and soap to dry hands. This store needs a remodel or needs to shut down."

"Overall the store is amazing other than the facts the one of there employees told my sibling and I to “ shut up and pic it up, n word.” I understand that my brother and I were simply messing around with a ball and dropped a thing, and planned to pick it up regardless if we were told to or not. But it is completely unacceptable to chime in a conversation where the that person does not apply at all and go as far as to call us a racial slur. The manager seemed to care slightly but it also seems like she didn’t understand how offensive the word is in any context, which lead me to believe that she just let it go over her head and not punish the employee at all. This is really upsetting."

"Looking for items for a quick last minute trip and I always find what I need, luggage, bags, shoes and something to wear for the weather needed. Also love the bedding selection and decorations. Great place if your looking for a gift. Very affordable. Good cashiering checkout process. Lines can get pretty long. Only down side you can't take the carts outside. Can be difficult to have multiple items to make multiple trips."
