Little Caesars Pizza

"Anytime I order using the App, it's supposed to be in the pizza lockers but maybe 1 time out of 5 it's in there. Otherwise I have to ask for my order. Lot's of people are always standing around either waiting for their order or to order. I don't know if they are walk-in types or if they ordered ahead. Ordering ahead is the way to go. I come in usually 5-10minutes after it says my pizza will be ready and I don't have to wait too long to get it. They only usually have one person working the register and getting the orders ready, so it's a bit inefficient and slow. I still have to wait in line the time my order isn't waiting in a pizza locker which is very inconvenient and defeats the purpose of ordering in the Little Caesars App. We get the stuffed crazy crust pepperoni pizza often and it's alright, nothing special, it's Little Caesar's."

"I want to preface this review by saying that the employees at the front counter were very kind and tried to help me with my issue. They are not at fault whatsoever. This review is less me ranting about my frustration, but more like it is meant to be taken as constructive criticism. I want this place to do better. I placed an order on the app for a half cheese, half pepperoni pizza and some crazy bread at 5:48 PM. I get there a couple minutes after the estimated time for pick up which was 6:13 PM, I was informed that it was almost ready. It wasn’t until around 6:35 PM that I finally received my order. This pizza did not look appetizing. The pepperoni side seems to have much more sauce (or is it grease) than cheese, and it’s a bit burnt too. The cheese side was supposed to have extra cheese, but it does not have the same amount as pizzas (w/ extra cheese) that I’ve gotten on from previous instances. It also has some pepperoni on the cheese side as well. Normally I wouldn’t mind that, but considering the amount of time it took, it doesn’t really help my impression of it. I came back to see if I could exchange for an already made ExtraMostBestest whole pepperoni (since they’re the same price as this custom pizza) but none were ready. My options left were to wait for a new pizza to be made, see about getting the Classic variety and get a dollar back or just a full refund. Unfortunately, all those options would take more of my time since the Manager was currently busy (which I understand, the place did have a considerable number of customers at the time). After waiting so long I didn’t want to wait anymore so I just took the poorly made pizza and left. I want to reiterate that the employee (I did not get his name) at the front was trying to help me and I very much appreciate him for that. This review is meant for those in the kitchen. Please prepare orders quicker. It shouldn’t take 40+ minutes for one single pizza, even custom-made. Please work on presentation. I know these are cheap pizzas, but customers still want pizzas that look at least a bit appetizing. Even if it’s not such a big deal, it can become one if you get a customer who is not as patient as I am. I don’t want the employees at the front getting borderline harassed by angry customers because of the mistakes of those in the back. Please don’t be lax on special requests customers make for their pizzas, like half one topping half another. I’m not particularly picky about the half and half issue, but some other customers may be and I don’t want the employees working the front counter to have to deal with that. I sincerely hope that my review has a positive impact on the performance of those making the pizzas. For those up front, keep it up. You’re doing great. Crazy bread came out really good by the way. EDIT: Decided to try this location again after 4 months. I ordered a single deep dish pizza on the app and it took 40 minutes. Also, I’m not sure if their Pizza Portal is broken, but if it’s not it would save a lot of time if they utilitized it."

"The WORST!!! I don’t think I’ve ever been to any restaurant with such horrible service… 1. Beyond dirty inside and outside 2. They don’t use the portals… your name will appear on the portal but when you enter the code.. your food is not in there.. then they will act like they can’t find your original order placed… 3. Better training needed!!!!!"

"The pizza sucked. It was almost undercooked. It was made so sloppy and cut unevenly. One side of the pizza was thick and the other side was very thin on the round pizza. The only thing decent was the crazy bread. I think a kid made this pizza. Also I tried to order over the phone and they never answered, i called 4 times and it was not during busy hour!"

"Incompetent staff or intentionally bad at their job. One of the cashiers had a line out the door and stood there talking to another worker. The pizza is old and sits there all day for hours. I am livid. They sold me old burnt / cold pizza at 12:30 in the afternoon. What time do you guys prepare your food? I hate this place and will not return."
