"To the owner of Santa Maria Jiffy Lube. I have been a returning customer and I recently had a service performed by your “mechanic” and I still have the issue after paying for the service. Now your “manager” says that I have to pay for a diagnostic to troubleshoot the issue. I understand that you have entrusted the people running your business, but there seems to be some shady practices going on after reading other reviews that have been posted lately. It was supposed to be an easy service being performed by your “mechanic” and now your business has been tainted because of poor decisions made by your team. So disappointing since previous services went smoothly. Your team is messing with your bottom dollar…and that is unacceptable just like the service that I received."

"I just wanted to edit my review as they allowed me to come back and get the smog done. I would highly recommend if you need service, other than American Tire Depot, to come to Jiffy Lube as they care about your satisfaction. Dylan is great and so are the rest of the staff."

"Be aware! On the way to work, my car started smoking. I thought a fire was about to break out. I pulled over, killed the engine. My neighbor, who works on old cars, told me someone sliced my coolant hose three times. I posted it on Facebook and sent it to everyone, took it to work, and they all said it was 100% sliced! Three times! The only one under my hood was Jiffy Lube's! My neighbor fixed it, and I wrote a review. The manager (jiffy's) replied quickly, saying they had it on video and confirmed that I wanted to see it. We emailed a few times with a super fast response. He said it would take him a day to download and send it to me; I said okay! I took my review down until I saw the video. The next day, he sent the video to YouTube, which said private. I emailed him, telling him I can't watch the video; it says private and sent him a photo of the coolant hose with that reply.1 week later I never heard from the manager again—three emails and no reply. If anyone wants a photo of the hose and the whole conversation, message me!!"

"Jiffy Lube at 1860 S. Broadway in Santa Maria is the most efficient location that has obviously hand picked each and every employee to make this location the Best Jiffy Lube in California. I have encountered most of these employees in the last two years and everyone of them delivers service with a smile, knowledge of the business, and a customer experience driven attitude. You have choices at this location, No Hard Sales here, only service with a smile. I had my tires rotated and my oil changed In less than an hour, and was kept informed on the progress and any upcoming services that they saw during the inspection, that could be handled at this visit or could be planned ahead of time to have done the next time I was in the area. For me, this was perfect, because I don't like "Car Repair" surprises and like to be prepared. When I got my vehicle back, they had taken the time to clean all my windows, and make sure, my vehicle looked the best it could without having had it detailed by a professional. I love this Jiffy Lube and despite its strange location, I recommend everyone going to 1860 S. Broadway, in Santa Maria to utilize this Jiffy Lube. You'll be glad you did and look forward to when you return for your next vehicles maintenance chore. This location makes these tasks seem like a walk in the park!.Thank You Jiffy Lube!
