"Lovely experience at this California Pizza Kitchen. Set your expectations because it’s not a full menu location and you’ll have a good meal. The seating is limited with more 2 person tops than 4. The bar seating is acceptable. Don’t expect your food to come out lightning fast because it is fresh made. Wilma, my server was charming, and attentive. She even wrapped up my leftover pizza for my flight. The mushroom and spinach pizza was as good as a full menu location. I’ll be back."

"This California Pizza Kitchen was located in the John Wayne Airport in California. We ordered from the breakfast menu. The food tasted like it was warmed in the microwave. Convenient no touch ordering and payment"

"They own one of the few lounge areas with proper sitting in terminal A and don’t allow people who are ordering takeout or buy from the neighbouring cafe to sit over there. They ask people who are sitting to leave, even though the space is empty. Disrespectful!"

"If you order to go you have to immediately leave the restaurant. You can’t sit down to wait. You can’t even sit in the entirely empty area across the way you have to stand behind the wall where other people are walking. The lady was extremely rude. I have a question for the owners: if I want a pizza to go and my boyfriend wants a pizza dine in do we have to dine on opposite sides of the fence? 0/10 experience"

"They're fairly strict about seating given it's an airport restaurant. It's a "seat yourself" location but don't try to sit if you've ordered anything "to go", even at the bar. I usually order my items "to go" because I need to be quick. I would still have tipped if I was sitting in an area where service was available. Instead I got to stand outside the restaurant, in the pathway of other travelers to wait for my order, and eat it at my gate. Not a great experience."
