"Food is always great here ,5 stars goes to the food only no problems with that , even tho I specifically asked for extra cheese last time … didn’t get put on my pizza but got charged for it ,, anyways the main problem I have is with the call routing to the dumb and rude people in Texas who keep on hanging up on me for no reason , like why can’t the store answer it ? Why doesn’t the stores phone ring first , and then if nobody answers , then transfer me to the idiots over there , not just automatically transfer me to them this is ridiculous what is this AT&T or is this Pizza Hut ?"
