"Their shoes run small. I mean it’s insane I bought an 8 and it fit like a 6.5! They don’t have a real size guide and they don’t put up a disclaimer. Looked up the issue online and a lot of people have experienced this. Anyway, their customer service rep Tiffany was rude and has this policy of giving customers the brush off and just insisting that the sizing is normal. They actually charged me a restocking fee lol. I think this is illegal but who’s going to hold them responsible?"
