I was not told that I would have one order processed from 2 separate locations, nor was I offer3d a refund when the items were not shipped via overnight shipping. After receiving incorrectly ordered items, I requested a return, and have heard nothing from this seller. Additionally, when contacted via phone call after not receiving all parts in my first shipment, the customer service representative was rude, curt and simply not friendly to work with at all. I won’t buy from this Volvo Wholesale ever again."
