"My husband and I are both from Europe and loved going to Solvang but we’re a bit disappointed how Americanized a lot of the stores and restaurants were. We walked around for 3 hours and ended up buying pastries here because it seemed one of the most authentic and freshly baked."

"The atmosphere was festive. There was a moving reindeer outside the entrance which my daughter and her cousin loved playing with. The lines were loooong. The shop was supposed to close at 5pm but the line went on for 20+ minutes and they didn’t end up closing until much later. The pastries were a bit too sweet for us though. Thankfully, we shared with the family so we all can get a bite or two."
