"Very strange video screen to make choices use credit. Look at menu no one to help me x3 saying I'll be right with you. Better drive thru more service."
"Went there for lunch (take out). Drive thru line long so decided to go inside, no one at the check out, they force you to use the kiosk. When ordering they don't give you the option on some items to delete things just add items. The kiosk doesn't give you the option to have a senior discount, when I got my food I asked the lady that they don't have an option on the kiosk for a senior discount, her answer to me was "sorry you should have gone through the drive thru." To me was either give me the senior discount or give me a credit for next time. Very dissatisfied with the lack of attention at this Taco Bell."

"Pretty cool that they have WIFI! And, plenty of drink options too. I got the diet Zero Baja Blast. Huge cup w my combo. A tiny but pricey, but overall it was good. Cashier was super friendly and cool!"
"I recently visited Taco Bell in Los Banos and ordered a black bean crunch wrap, but unfortunately, I was so disappointed with the amount of veggies in the wrap. While the flavor of the wrap was ok, It had very few vegetables. Overall, while my experience with the black bean crunch wrap was not great, I might give Taco Bell another try in the future."
