I read the great reviews, many of which mentioned a short wait, so I brought my boys up from Franklin to get their haircut, only to be greeted by a "By Appointment Only" sign on the door and a "booked solid" schedule for the day when I called from the parking lot. I don't want to negatively impact their score, which is why I gave 5 stars, but rather wanted to warn readers not to make the trek if you don't have an appointment."
