Jack in the Box

"Depending on who's working the service varies. The older Hispanic gentleman is awesome. The older Hispanic female and younger staff are rude especially when they make a mistake on your order. I asked for extra sauce and was told you have to pay for it which was fine by me. When I told her I'd pay for the extra sauce the girl rolled her eyes at me and said "here I am giving you 2 more" and closed the window. I was trying to buy 6 sauce packets for the 3 orders of egg rolls for my squad. Bad experience. Food is ok as expected for a fast food chain."

"I am having a love-hate relationship with Jack in the box right now. I love their deep fried tacos, but lately it seems that they have stopped putting the slice of cheese in the taco. and if it doesn't have the slice of cheese, it's just not worth eating. It only happens occasionally it's not something I can fully complain about until it's happening consistently. I'm trying to give them the benefit of the doubt. hopefully they come through for me."

"I used the mobile app. The Jumbo Jack was super; I hadn't had a fast food burger in a while. The bun was great and the tomato and onion construction was good. Update: I must remove two stars. This location does not include the cheese in the tacos; even when I ordered extra cheese for 20¢ they did not put any cheese in my tacos. The Jack in the Box on North Main makes their tacos correctly."

"Had to delete my review and write this one. Jack's food is good, but prices around here are already high, and I personally don't appreciate false advertising. At time of writing, I have been charged more than the advertised price (on the menu inside & at drive thru - with replaceable numbers) 4 times in a row. I took a picture this time of my receipt right next to menu price - showing the difference. False advertising is against federal regulations, unfortunately it's not easy to enforce. But it is wrong, and shows MGMT is either shady or incompetent to a degree. When you raise the price in the system, change the advertised price on menu right then. Duh! I'm sure a generic response will come at some point from them with some excuse or whatever, but they should really spend that time brushing up on their business skills - or getting some. This will be my last visit."

"I've been few times this month and there's a cashier on drive thru she's always on the phone like she doesn't care if there's customers i think that's not right using her phone when there's a customer. And managers see he but don't say anything I don't know if they are scare of her cause she has a attitude.. but I think it's nasty believe me she takes her phone to the restroom it has Alot of bacteria."
