All my local spots have been sold out of the ingredients to make the drink. Definitely liked the drink and recommend trying it out. Guy at window was super nice as well. "Everytime I go to this specific starbucks I order a hot peppermint white mocha and they always ring it up correctly and the sticker says peppermint white mocha, but then they ALWAYS make it with regular mocha sauce or they make a Frappuccino. I completely understand it’s the holidays and they’re busy, but I believe there may be a miscommunication on managements part on how to read the labels since this has happened on at least 5 separate occasions at only this location and it should be addressed so the staff is given all the tools necessary to do their job"
