"It is true! Their customer service and food quality has really declined over past few months. Ingredients were missing, they didn't pre-inform me that they don't carry certain ingredients as mentioned on the board, and the guy making sandwiches was unnecessarily rude to me. Learned the hard way, always check your food, before leaving! Don't think I will go back to them, again!"
"Solid, reliable Ike’s fare with multiple vegan options. The vegan chicken teriyaki was excellent as always as was the avocado sub. Service was so so, dining area very cramped- best to take your order to go."

"We have always enjoyed the Salinas location since the opening. However, the last month we have noticed the customer service and quality of food has gone down hill. Today my husband went in and purchased two sandwiches. When we got home we noticed the sandwiches were made incorrectly. My husband took them back to the store after paying $35 for two sandwiches (we thought they should be made correctly). When he went in he was practically told he was wrong by staff members. They only made one sandwich and was told the other was made "correctly". He returned home with one cold sandwich and avocado peels in the other. Due to the poor customer service we will no longer be returning."
"Omg best sandwich place ever! The workers are always so had at working and sometimes they need to get orders through quickly so get everyone but that was okay!!! However, a few times i have been their some other people ordering food are just so rude! A lady literally yelled at an employee for not greeting them at the door and threatened to tell their manager during i guess the lunch rush ?! I hope those kids were okay"
