"I recently had the pleasure of dining at Rodeo Mexican Food, and it was an unforgettable experience. The moment I stepped in, I was greeted with a warm atmosphere and exceptional customer service. The staff's friendliness and attentiveness truly enhanced my visit. The highlight of the evening, however, was the incredible Mexican food. I can confidently say it's the best I've tried in Salinas. The flavors were rich and authentic, and each dish was a burst of taste and aroma. From the salsa to the main courses, everything was top-notch. Not only did the food impress me, but the restaurant's cleanliness was also noteworthy. It's evident that Rodeo Mexican Food takes great care in maintaining a spotless environment, which only added to my overall enjoyment. I can't recommend Rodeo Mexican Food enough. "EDIT: When I originally made this review this was all true! However over the months there has been a decline in service. It is usually just the 2 owners and maybe 1 other person doing EVERYTHING (cooking, cleaning, serving, etc), but this is causing very slow customer service. The food is till good, they are very kind and friendly, it is clean and spacious, but they are very slow at customer service. Although I have made this update, I will leave my original review here-->Superb customer service! The owners are extremely welcoming and friendly. The restaurant is very spacious and especially clean and of course the food is delicious! The tortillas are fresh hand made too! I will be going there again and I definitely recommend to others to go there."

"Delicious molcajete(mild spice level) …maybe mild for most but that is my preference. Place looks small from outside but its VERY spacious inside. Be patient with service and ambience; this place is new and recently opened BUT the space and cleanliness is one of the things I look for in a restaurant."
