Torrid

"Clothes over time got very expensive. Cheaply quality overrated high prices. The new fashion doesn't look modern and looks older and conservative with long shirts, longer sleeves, longer skirts, and I didn't see anything in those stores that were appealing to buy. Jeans run $89.00 for one pair, not into the flair look. Black jeans weren't like before new material. Most all high-rise fit. I like it better when their is variety to choosefromnot just onlywhat is soldi in that area.. I have been a customer since then when all jeans were $38.00 & $58.00.. Bras went up nearly $80. $100 here could only buy 1 or 2 things. Doesn't make shopping that much fun either. Satin stretch material that easily fades after 2 washes. Didn't like the fashion on this store this time. Shoes are much bigger and wider than usual. Torrid is one of my favorite stores, but this season of style clothing sucks. I'll try back again in February. Hopefully, they will have a fun, better selection to choose from."

"I have come to this location a handful of times, and as a plus size woman and a former Torrid employee it brings me no pleasure to have to right a negative review- but today I left nearly in tears. With the exception of 1 time that I’ve been in to try and shop, I have been absolutely ignored. Not greeted. Not asked if I need help or a fitting room. Today I even had picked out a few things to buy, but ended up putting them back- because I was treated like I was invisible. I’m not saying I want someone to get my entire life story or cater to me hand and foot when I come in- I know that’s not realistic. But as a plus size woman it’s already stressful and daunting enough going shopping, but to then go to a place where you’re supposed to feel welcome and not feel that way is very upsetting. And if it was just a one off, like this was the only day it had happened, I’d have let it roll off my back. But this has happened multiple times. When I worked for torrid, it was instilled in me how important it was to make customers feel welcome. And I am so sad that my experiences have made me feel very unwelcome."

"I'll give this location a 5 for a few reasons, 1. Its clean/ well kept 2. Clothing is always in order 3. It's a huge store. I shop at this location pretty often, there is about 3 employees I cant stand... they have rude standoffish attitudes. Thats my opinion. The rest of the women are very pleasant and helpful. Do to Covid, you cant go in dressing rooms[as all the other department stores] but policies are still the same with returns so it didn't bother me much. Again overall it's a great location and I enjoy shopping there."
