"I love their food and the employees typically have excellent service but the last time I went I was disgusted. I went though the drive through and order some food for our family. We parked and were about to eat in our car until I opened the bag and saw a hair on my kids fries. Ok sometimes things happen so decided to go inside to have them switch his fries for a new batch. Well that just grossed me out even more. The employee that was packing the food in the bags coughed into her hand and then proceeded to keep packing the food into the bags. She didn't bother to go wash her hands. I told the employee who handed me the new fries but she didn't really react. Nasty. That turned me off to going back there."
"1/12/24 11:02 pm Ordered chicken sandwich, a bit expensive $6.69 with lettuce, tomato, pickles and cheese. The flavor nothing special but ok. Now the sandwich was cold. The bun was cold. The chicken was cold. The fries $2.99. Fries were hot. Didn't taste very well. Didn't have the clean taste of potatoes. I can taste the oil. Maybe the brand or was it oil needed to be changed. Overall service fair to good. They looked ready to go home. I will come back though and try it again. Also, noticed no trash cans near building or parking lot. Their was some trash thrown on parking lot."
"My wife and I had a great experience at this restaurant. The food was fast, hot and fresh. An older female employee with I believe black hair and glasses was super helpful. She was there on Monday 10/02/23 at around 4pm great service overall."
"We are big fans of Chick-fil-A and we were really looking forward to come here since in Watsonville where we just moved to there are none. Our experience was as good as it can be and the manager was extremely attentive and even brought us a cookie as a “welcome” to the area. This place is different from any other chain. Cant explain, just enjoy it!"
"Service was quick even though it was pretty busy in the store and drive through lane. Staff was friendly and accommodating. The food was hot and well prepared. Location was clean. All in all i have nothing to complain and would return"
